Specials Intern and Graduand Conferences Encouraging students is very important at Rexroth! Our interns can include their names in a contact list, which is updated regularly. This enables you to make contact with the existing network of interns at the site where you work, or to create your own. But Rexroth also actively helps you to create your own network: Twice a year, we arrange a one-day conference for our interns and graduands. The primary purpose is to create networks among our interns and graduands. Of course, the day also provides an absorbing view of the world of Rexroth, for examples through lectures, factory visits and workshops.
