We want to support all interns and graduands at Rexroth, not only in their professional development but also as they build new networks!
For this purpose, we offer many opportunities.
In order to facilitate networking at an early stage, an intern and graduand conference is organized twice a year. You work in workshops with students from different Rexroth sites, and in a series of interesting lectures you learn about aspects of Bosch Rexroth AG that are not encountered in your daily routine. And of course there is plenty of time during the day for networking.
What happens if you perform exceptionally well during your internship with Rexroth? What happens if you show us what you're capable of, and convince us of your qualities? Then we certainly don't want to lose contact with you! With the student program we offer you the opportunity to stay in touch with us, and to develop in an international environment offering a variety of opportunities.
