Rexroth as a Fair Company

Rexroth has been honored as a "Fair Company enterprise by "Junge Karriere" magazine. This title is awarded to companies that have adopted new ethics in the workplace and offer graduates a fair chance.
For its part, Rexroth agrees to abide by the following rules:
- We do not fill full-time positions with interns
- College graduates who have applied specifically for a permanent position are not offered an internship as a consolation prize
- Interns are not lured with vague offers of possible full-time employment afterwards
- We offer internships mainly for the purposes of professional orientation during the training phase
- We pay interns a reasonable salary.
