My Route to Rexroth
The first time I became attentive about Rexroth was via the online-scholarship e-fellows.net. There an internship at Rexroth was announced. This sparked my interest and I applied immediately. The interview made me curious about my potential tasks and so I made the decision to start the Rexroth-internship in Nürnberg.
My activities at Rexroth
During my internship I was working in the purchasing department of the division Hydraulics. There I cooperated in the day-to-day business of the purchasing department and in special projects. One project I was involved in was a project relating to; in-plant production versus external procurement with suppliers in India, or a supplier-network between the several Rexroth-locations in Germany and the USA.
The day-to-day business was affected by the coordination of transactions in purchase with other internal divisions.
My perssonal experiences with Rexroth
In my opinion I was able to learn a lot for my program of study as well as for my career in the future. Furthermore, it was really fun for me to work in Nürnberg. My colleagues suported me whenever I needed them and they made me a member of their team very fast.
My professional future with rexroth
After my study abroad I would like to attend an internship abroad to improve my knowledge about several foreign cultures of work. After I completed my study, It is of my interest to join a commercial trainee program with an international acting company. Generally, it is important for me that I have the opportunity to develop myself in the company permanently and that there are interesting tasks which are always a challenge for me.
