> Which qualifications do I need?
Multilateral work experience, the ability to act independently, corporate thinking, solid language knowledge, a confident handling with modern DP, mobility, capacity for teamwork and social competence, leadership skills and good certificates.

> Which possibilities of further training does Rexroth offer?
Besides a large range of seminars to professional themes, leadership, personality development and methodical topics, we also offer target group specific measures which help you to fulfil your tasks. After a certain period of time, the opportunities to participate in international projects or change to other divisions of the Bosch Group are available. Individual development plans are made by you and your supervisor during the appraisal interviews which take place regularly. The basis for a successful career on specialist or management level is always the personal performance and the initiative of one’s own.

> How much experience is necessary to take executive functions at Rexroth?
It is hard to measure experience in years. It is important for us that you have developed character and that you have the ability to lead people as well as to deal with resources responsibly and economically. We certainly support you with leadership and corporation courses as well as courses about professional themes.

> At the moment I cannot find a fitting post in the job market. Can I although make an application proactively?
We are pleased about your application whether you apply for a concrete job offer or proactively. If you have found an open position in our job market you are interested in, please address your application directly to the responsible contact person.

> What constitutes a full set of application documents?
An application sent by email or mail should include the following documents:

  • Individual application letter including specific employment wishes
  • Complete résumé
  • Copy of your diploma certificate
  • References from internships and activities
  • Proof of other qualifications

> Do we prefer an application sent by e-mail or as hard copy?
We accept both forms of application and the type you choose has no influence on our selection criteria. The important thing is that the application, whether it is sent on paper or electronically, is completed in as much detail as possible. This is the only way for us to gain an accurate impression of you. If you apply by e-mail, please send all your documents combined in a single PDF document.

> How can I see if the vacancies in the job market are still up to date?
Open positions are updated and published every day at Bosch Rexroth. That means that we still search committed employees for the positions which you can find in our job market.

> What chances are there for short applications?
With regard to applications: it’s better to make them complete and meaningful than too short. Therefore, be sure to send us all your application documents together. This will considerably improve your chances.

> What is the procedure after I have sent my application to you?
If your profile meets the requirements of a currently vacant position, you will be invited to a personal meeting with one of our responsible recruiters and a representative from the corresponding function. Alternatively, we hold regular applicant days for our junior managers programs. Please understand that it takes some time to evaluate your suitability comprehensively. You could be assured that we aim to handle your application as quickly as possible.

> If I’m rejected, will I receive a detailed feedback?
We are pleased about every application, but unfortunately we must also reject some applicants. For example, we will have to reject your application if your profile does not exactly meet the requirements for the vacant position, or if we have decided to hire another applicant. We can only provide detailed feedback if we have met you in the course of a personal interview.
