Learning, developing and plotting a course are important tasks.
Our "Team + Tools" juniors program is a program organized in three modules that was designed in house specifically for newly hired college graduates.
The aim of the program is to prepare you for the various challenges you will encounter in the course of your routine duties, and to build and develop the behavioral, procedural and social skills you will need to deal with them.
The content of the Juniors program includes:
