Advancement for women is not a program; it is a mindset that we are building into the fabric of the company.
Bosch Rexroth defends the rights of women. We want to include more and more women at all hierarchical levels and in all function areas. Targeted performance review discussions, flexible work schedules and the mentoring program are designed to ensure equal opportunities for men and women. We have already seen a marked increase in the proportion of women among trainees, commercial apprentices and participants in the management development program. And perhaps in the not-too-distant future we will have a female CEO. We're working on that.
