When do you want to work? And for how long?
Flexible schedules are an important element of the family-friendly personnel policy.
Part-time work and job sharing provide an enormous array of different models, all of which have one thing in common: The hours worked are fewer than stipulated by the collective labor agreement for a working week.
Part-time work and job sharing are agreed on an individual basis between the employee, his or her management chain, and the HR department.
Employees working part time receive the same professional opportunities as those who work full time. For example, they will receive the same training opportunities as their colleagues who work full time.

- The 4-day week: You work 24 hours per weekâfrom Monday to Thursday.
- The 2-week month: You work full-time for one week and have the following week off.
- Working while on parental leave: While your child is still very young, you can work just one day a week. This can be increased to two days a week as time goes on.
- Job Sharing: The shared workstation. You work from Monday to Wednesday; your colleague takes over from Wednesday to Friday.
- Telecommuting: Bosch can set up a telecommuting station for you. You can alternate between working from home and coming to the office.
- Management function working part-time: You are a member of management, but you only work half-days. You delegate tasks and your subordinates learn to work and take decisions independently.
