Would you like to expand your international experience?
We regard international work experience as an important element in the professional development of our technical and managerial staff, and of our management trainees.
We therefore actively support transfers of our staff from Germany to our subsidiaries abroad and vice versa. The length of employment in a company abroad depends on the requirements of the duties involved and on the wishes of the employee: from short-term (approx. 1 year) to long-term (approx. 3-5 years).
You can rely on our support and experience when planning and organizing your move abroad. We will prepare you in specific terms for your work abroad: in technical, language, personal and cultural issues.
And your re-integration is taken care of as well. Your mentors and sponsors in your home country will keep in contact with you. They will work with Human Resources to ensure that you are quickly able to resume your duties upon your return. |
