The PreMaster Program is designed to support bachelor’s graduates as they work toward their master’s degree by providing the necessary specialized practical experience and personal guidance to achieve a successful outcome.
From bachelor to master
During the company phase of the PreMaster Program, you’ll accumulate a great deal of practical, on-the-job experience based on your chosen area of specialization – all of it geared toward providing the information you need for your master’s studies. In the process, we’ll challenge you to take responsibility for your own assignments in day-to-day business operations and also directly in projects where you’ll enhance your technical expertise by providing creative solutions. You’ll also gain experience of other departments whose areas of specialization are relevant to yours. The content and projects on which you’ll be focusing during this period are tailored to the chosen area of specialization for your master’s degree. This approach allows us to provide you with technically relevant expertise as well as a sound understanding of our business – not to mention interpersonal skills.You’ll also gain experience of other departments whose areas of specialization are relevant to yours. This will help you develop a feel for technical and business interrelationships – an important skill for your future career.
Technical and personal guidance all the way to graduation
During the subsequent master’s phase, you’ll complete your studies at a university of your choice. Here, too, we’ll be at your side, for instance, with personal guidance and advice covering all aspects of planning your career. In addition, we will stay in close contact by offering you concurrent jobs at Bosch Rexroth and admitting you to the exclusive students program. This will afford you the opportunity to network outside of the specialist department to which you have been assigned, and to establish diverse contacts throughout the company.
