My route to Bosch Rexroth
After studying mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and gathering first experiences in international projects in the USA, Mexico and Turkey, an international Junior Managers Program was the perfect career start for me. I came upon Bosch Rexroth while searching for a Junior Managers Program in a globally positioned company with very good potential for professional development as well as a flexible configuration of the Junior Managers Program stations.
My Assignments at Bosch Rexroth
Right now I am working in my first Junior Managers Program station in the department supplier development (SDT) at the companies headquarter in Lohr am Main. My tasks include the development and documentation of nine training concepts as well as a project management handbook for SDT. Both shall support the SDT-colleagues in their daily project work with suppliers. Together with an experienced SDT-trainer I am testing the developed training concepts at supplier sites. Furthermore I am working in an interdisciplinary project which addresses value stream planning of suppliers during the product development phase. The station is an ideal start for getting to know the company because it contains interfaces to the purchasing, logistics, quality, production and development department as well as to different suppliers.

My personal experiences with Bosch Rexroth
From the start I enjoyed working for Bosch Rexroth due to the varied job content and the very professional, open-minded and cooperative working atmos-phere. Furthermore I like the vivid team-spirit of the Junior Managers Program network, the personal contact to my mentor as well as the amount of co-determination regarding the planning of my JUMP stations.

My job-related future with Bosch Rexroth
Right now I am looking forward to the upcoming challenges in my Junior Man-agers Program and the possibility of getting to know a foreign culture during my JUMP station abroad. For the time after the Junior Managers Program I would appreciate an interesting task, in which I can extend my purchasing-specific knowledge on the one hand and contribute my own ideas to get things moving on the other hand. In a midterm perspective I would like to broaden my responsibility with regard to project- and leadership tasks and I would love to work at a Bosch Rexroth site abroad for a few years.
