> What application deadlines are there for advertised Junior Managers Program positions?
There are no application deadlines for our Junior Managers Program. Members of the Junior Managers Program are hired by Bosch Rexroth, as needed, throughout the whole year. Open positions in the Junior Managers Program are advertised in our Job Market, which is updated and published every day. This means that we still search committed employees to fill the positions that appear in our Job Market.

> Is a stay abroad necessary to become a memeber of the Junior Managers Program at Rexroth?
Yes, international experience is an important criterion for us. We expect applicants to have been abroad for at least several months in terms of an internship or an exchange study semester.

> Is there a specified posting cycle?
No, there is no fixed sequence of postings. Your sequence of postings is defined individually
for you in cooperation with your mentor. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to express your own wishes in the planning of your postings.

> Is a stay abroad also included in Junior Managers Program?
We are an international company. For this reason, the intercultural skills of our employees are extremely important to us. Our trainees therefore benefit from a four-month to six-month posting abroad.

> How will I be supported by Rexroth during my Junior Managers Program?
Forming networks, recognizing and learning to use your own potential—these are the primary
objectives when you join our Junior Managers Program. We will support you during the initial phase: questions are welcome and mistakes will be forgiven. At the same time, you will receive specialist training and after a short period of time with the support of experienced colleagues and managers you will be included in ongoing projects. You will undergo progressive development with internal and external training courses, and you will soon get opportunities to process projects on your own authority.

> What does a member of the Junior Managers Program earn at Rexroth?

> Are there defined hiring criteria that applicants must satisfy?
- You finished your studies with outstanding success in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economics (depending on the respective junior managers program); The addition of a doctorate is an advantage.
- Several appropriate and challenging industrial internships.
- International experience in form of at least one stay abroad lasting several months.
- Above-average commitment, also outside of your studies.
- International mobility.
- Fluent English for business purposes.
- For the technical Junior Managers Program, you will ideally have knowledge of drive technology, hydraulics or automation technology.

> Do we prefer an application sent by e-mail or as hard copy?
We accept both forms of application and the type you choose has no influence on our selection criteria. The important thing is that the application, whether it is sent on paper or electronically, is completed in as much detail as possible. This is the only way for us to gain an accurate impression of you. If you apply by e-mail, please send all your documents combined in a single PDF document. Please do not send files larger than 4 MB.

> What will I do after the Junior Managers Program?
During the 24-month Junior Managers Program, we systematically prepare you to take on management responsibilities, both professionally and personally. At the same time, you will get the unique opportunity to build professional networks at home and abroad. As a JUMP member at Rexroth, from the very beginning you will receive an open-ended employment contract.
At the end of the Junior Managers Program, you will transfer to a permanent post.

> What constitutes a full set of application documents?
An application sent by email or mail should include the following documents:

- Individual application letter including specific employment wishes
- Complete résumé
- Copy of your high school completion report
- Copy of your intermediate diploma certificate
- Copy of your diploma certificate
- References from internships and activities
- Proof of other qualifications

> What chances are there for short applications?
With regard to applications: it’s better to make them complete and meaningful than too short. Therefore, be sure to send us all your application documents together. This will considerably improve your chances.

> What is the procedure after I have sent my application to you?
If your profile meets the requirements of a currently vacant position, you will be invited to a personal meeting with one of our responsible recruiters and a representative from the corresponding function. Alternatively, we hold regular applicant days for our Junior Managers Programs.
Please understand that it takes some time to evaluate your suitability comprehensively. You could be assured that we aim to handle your application as quickly as possible.

> If I’m rejected, will I receive a detailed feedback?
We are pleased about every application, but unfortunately we must also reject some applicants. For example, we will have to reject your application if your profile does not exactly meet the requirements for the vacant position, or if we have decided to hire another applicant. We can only provide detailed feedback if we have met you in the course of a personal interview.
