> How does the induction take place at Rexroth?
Whether you have already gathered job experiences or join Rexroth newly: you will be prepared comprehensively to your challenging task through seminars and Training-on-the-job and you will quickly be involved in the team. Thereby, you will be trained professionally and after a short time integrated to current projects with support of experienced colleagues and executive managers. You will develop constantly through internal and external training activities and you will soon get the opportunity to take responsibility on your own.

> Will I still be supported by Rexroth after the initial phase?
Forming networks, recognizing and learning to use your own potential – these are the primary objectives when you start your first job as a graduate. We will continue to support you after the end of your initial phase: questions are welcome and mistakes will be forgiven. A change or a job improvement is supported actively by us. You can find all information about current job offers in the intern job market and apply for it. Our wide range of further training possibilities helps you to develop, both professionally and personally.

> What constitutes a full set of application documents?
An application sent by email or mail should include the following documents:
- Individual application letter including specific employment wishes: write an application letter that is individually made for Rexroth. Tell us why you are interested in this job. This will considerably improve your chances.
- Résumé
- Copy of your school completion report
- Copy of your intermediate diploma certificate
- Copy of your diploma certificate
- References from internships and activities
- Proof of other qualifications

> How important are marks of reports and certificates?
Marks are important criteria which we take into consideration for our decision next to relevant internships, the diploma thesis and language knowledge etc. Thereby, differences of the universities are also effective. However, we also pay attention to the duration of study and the part-time works for financing your study as well as social involvement.

We accept both forms of application and the type you choose has no influence on our selection criteria. The important thing is that the application, whether it is sent on paper or electronically, is completed in as much detail as possible. This is the only way for us to gain an accurate impression of you. If you apply by e-mail, please send all your documents combined in a single PDF document. Please do not send files larger than 4 MB.

With regard to applications: it’s better to make them complete and meaningful than too short. Therefore, be sure to send us all your application documents together. This will considerably improve your chances.

> What is the procedure after I have sent my application to you?
If your profile meets the requirements of a currently vacant position, you will be invited to a personal meeting with one of our responsible recruiters and a representative from the corresponding function. Alternatively, we hold regular applicant days for our junior managers programs.

We are pleased about every application, but unfortunately we must also reject some applicants. For example, we will have to reject your application if your profile does not exactly meet the requirements for the vacant position, or if we have decided to hire another applicant. We can only provide detailed feedback if we have met you in the course of a personal interview.
