How it works
The product infeed system feeds the products into the pocket-type conveyor. The pocket-type conveyor pushes the products into the film tube at defined intervals and at the right time. The products’ location inside the film tube is monitored by means of a sensor. If a product lies displaced, horizontal sealing will be interrupted at that location.
During each product cycle, the film take-off unit draws off a format length from a roll of film. The integrated registration mark control unit ensures identical printed impressions on every packaging. The subsequent vertical and horizontal sealing is continuously synchronized with the material flow via flexible motion profiles and then removed.
